Don't see your plan? We accept additional insurance plans that are not listed here. Please list your insurance when you request an appointment, or ask us and we'll check for you.

If you use insurance, you are responsible for any copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and services your plan does not cover.

Self-pay fees

  • Diagnostic intake assessment (90791): $250

  • Psychotherapy, 53 minutes or more (90837): $200

  • Psychotherapy, 38 to 52 minutes (90834): $160

  • Psychotherapy, 16 to 37 minutes (90832): $90

  • Crisis psychotherapy, first 60 minutes (90839): $225

  • Crisis psychotherapy, each additional 30 minutes (90840): $112

Payment is due at the time of service.

Sliding fee scale

If you are paying for services yourself and can't afford our standard fees, you may choose your own fee, from 40% up to 100% of the standard fee for each service. No proof of income is needed. We'll agree on your fee before your first session. The sliding scale does not apply to insurance copays or deductibles.

Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. A late cancellation or missed session is charged $45, or the full session fee if that is lower. This fee is waived for true emergencies and is not charged to Oregon Health Plan members.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don't have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for services. You can ask your provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
